Mr Hewis is a writer and director of things that are usually hard to explain or hard to believe he even tried. His directing credits include multi-award winning films for the BBC, UK Film Council and Channel 4, and also music promo’s and commercials. He has also been Director of Photography on some Coca-Cola commercials, sound designer and composer on US MTV idents and recently finished editing a new channel4 film. Mr Hewis is also a producer and has made live-action commercials for various companies and also broadcast animation series. Mr Hewis is currently making commercial work through Arthur Cox and independently, is in pre-production for a new live-action drama about a stuffed otter, and has started work on his first feature.
